Terms of Service

Welcome to NaisTV. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Curicat (Hong Kong) Technology Limited (registered address: Room 721A, 7/F, Star House, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong; "the Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the NaisTV app, the website (curicat.vip) and related services (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service is a video content platform (the NaisTV app) offering original BL (Boys' Love) story-driven mini-drama series produced by us. All content is original, story-driven work with no explicit adult material. The Service uses a "free preview + credit unlock" model: you may preview open content from every series free of charge, and may buy credits in the app to unlock episodes or whole series. Unlocked content remains watchable on an ongoing basis.

The Service currently offers no recurring subscription plans and therefore involves no auto-renewal or automatic charges. If we ever introduce subscriptions, we will announce this in advance and update these Terms before it takes effect.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. By making a payment through the Service, you confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method and that the payment is made with your consent.

3. Credits and unlocking

• Credit packages may be purchased in the app; they are one-time purchases, and the credit quantity and price are displayed in full before you confirm any payment.
• Each series has its own unlock cost in credits, clearly shown on its page in the app; you may unlock per episode or per whole series.
• Credits never expire from the moment of purchase; they may only be used within the NaisTV app to unlock content, and cannot be transferred, gifted, exchanged for cash or withdrawn, nor used to purchase anything outside the Service.
• The Service supports top-ups in multiple currencies; the amount due depends on your payment method and region and is displayed by the payment provider.
• Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers; we do not collect or store your full card details.
• An unlock delivers digital content immediately: once unlocked, the content is watchable on an ongoing basis. Refund conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual property

• All series, graphics, software, trademarks and other materials within the Service are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by Hong Kong and international copyright laws.
• We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited licence to watch unlocked content for your own non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not download, record, copy, distribute, publicly transmit, re-edit or commercially exploit any content from the Service, nor remove any copyright notices.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• circumvent content locks, crack, reverse engineer or interfere with the operation of the Service by any technical means;
• sell, transfer, share or rent your account or unlocked content to others;
• engage in any activity that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service without refunding fees already paid (except where mandatory law provides otherwise).

6. Changes and termination of the Service

We continually update and improve the Service and may add, modify or discontinue features or content from time to time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable advance notice in the app and on this website and will use reasonable efforts to protect the viewing interests of paying users.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties about the Service (including without limitation warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation). All stories are fictional creations; any resemblance is coincidental. Content does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. This clause does not affect liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

10. Amendments

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date; material changes will be highlighted in the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
